Ikea beds, are they any good?

Been looking online at their website, a couple i like the look( double beds) of but am not sure about slatted bases.Are they strong etc? thanks;)

Big "thumbs up" for Ikea metal framed beds! We have a superking, bunks and a loft bed and they have all proved very well-designed and stable. The single bed slats have withstood years of use from my teenagers and the superking has an extra support bar with 2 runs of slats.

"Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.
