You tell them foxy:T:T:T:Tfairclaire wrote: »the bad day I was having got worse!I went shopping earlier and got home over 4 hours later :eek:
Long story but here's the highlights
Got stuck in the worlds worst traffic jam for nearly an hour:(
It was sooooo hot :eek:
Got out of the jam, headed home, temp light came on
Pulled over, no mobile signal :mad:
Had to walk to get a signal. Phoned DS1.....voicemail:mad:
Phoned home.....OH wouldn't/couldn't come and help
Phoned breakdown. Walked back to car, checked coolant etc....no leaks
Breakdown took ages to come, said he couldn't find me (I was in middle of nowhere with no mobile signal)
I was hot and sweaty and seriously peed off
Got fed up waiting so topped the coolant up with water, it started bubbling :eek::eek::eek:
By time breakdown arrived the temp light had gone off but everything was still very hot
Breakdown man insulted me by telling me it had overheated ( no !!!!!! wouldn't have worked that one out for myself!) :mad::mad:
I drove home ok, followed by breakdown man
Chilled and frozen shopping ruined
No advice please, my OH just tried that and he has lost a layer of skin:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Did you have a good day:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
