Thanks Claire. Mine are in long s/w troughs which was fine before and regularly watered as well. How deep are your pots? Do you feed them at all? tia

My pots are about 12 inch diameter size and yes I feed them once a week with tomato food, same as the tomatoes.

I thought I'd see the thread off with possibly a bang!:)

Ok - still avoiding N Ireland I'm sorry - I've a few items to add onto the vs Waitrose list (and possibly the W cheapest and N/A in either T or A). Come on, N.I - I helped you this morning with all your BM shops!:):)

    Evening all

Shops went well but by no means perfect.
My t's have been re trained since friday and told can take one chefs pledge plus one ready meal moc for every £5 spent on finest chilled. So potential for £8 moc for every meL deal. Happily took on the Finest shepards pie the £4.50 one as in meal deal and my store have now actually put sel up to say so.
Mucked up a bit as put j20 in with meal deals and should have put with the velvet instead.
Got coke for fuel. Would not normally bother but have 2 long trips planned in next couple of weeks. Usually only use full tank every 2 months.
ES bought but forgot to use moc so refunded at cs. Left wys at home but got to call in tomorrow for a direct order so will use then on more coke for fuel moc.

Like I said not perfect shop but happy.

Found old list just nowmand had velvet flashed packs written on it. Is there something about these I have forgotten about?

Got to go into town tomorrow as the samsung phone I bought mum for her birthday does not like connecting to the internet and mum missed out on hotel chocolat last week so needs sorting. Going to call in wilkinsons and see if they have any hosepipes left at decent price.

Now going to Bedford friday so need to find cheap hotel deal in Mk for friday night. No premier inn cheap deals so need to look around.

Artha hope you are hypermarket shopping in calais and if so please let me know if you find any good buys as hopingnto take dad over on ferry next week.
