Morning everyone:) - it's a non-working day, so of course I've woken up earlier:(.

I was going to say - and will say now - thanks for the info. about the forum downtime in the early hours of Tuesday - plenty of notice:T and won't affect me.

But I now see it will affect me, and you, as it's off from Friday night:(, and much of the weekend, in there being no new postings or editing existing ones:(. That will affect my next M list, as I normally can't get to starting to add most new items until... 7pm on Friday nights, the very time the forum is due to go to read-only. And no way of getting around it by PM'ing everyone.

The Morries collection will still be done, but the extra details may be kept offline:(, like they were when I had some recent internet downtime, and you've had Morries lists every week since so - come on - you can miss a week:D;).

I've seen the link to the 'emergency' page. I don't do FB or any social things like that:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::D. I'll think about it though and try to find some solution.

Leave it with me - I'll see what I can do.:)

Whilst here, I noticed the Lypsyl Cold Sore Gel on chrisv's comp. comparing to T. Is that something found from the msl app? Wonder whether this is in real time (i.e. exactly matching what the APG has at any given moment) and keep looking for what else you can see on there!:T

The lypsyl gel is something that turned up on one of my wombles, Savvy. I checked it in Ts yesterday and it is indeed on sale for 50p. Not RTC, or on offer just a white SEL 50p.
Actually thanks for reminding me I meant to mention this yesterday for those that can't buy at As but still want some :)

Morning everyone, glad of the cooler temperatures :)
Question please - know there are a few techie peeps on here so could I ask for some advice? I think my laptop has passed its sell by date unfortunately (probably overuse lol) but not sure whether to get another or an ipad. Obv being MSE is main concern but looking at all the possibilities is doing my head in so if anybody can help my poor brain would be very grateful :(

Do you do any system maintenance on your laptop? eg Disk cleanup, defragging?

Do you remove unwanted programmes, clear stored files if not needed any more?

    I'm a little bit country...:D

My fave country is coward of the county :o I also would not be able to listen to stand by your man now without blubbing - mum's bf was married to an absolute outer and mum's friend used to put this on as a joke.

Reading this it sounds like its confirmed. But it's not. Its a theory.

    Unlikely to work IMHO
