Jelly it's been a long time since I was there as well! About 20 years! Me and my OH used to go alot before the kids came along, we had friends who lived there and had some lovely breaks there.
We are going to Glendale, it's beautiful and very good for fishing for my OH. To be honest that's how I got him to agree to go

That sounds fab

I love the drive along Loch Lomond, used to do it every week when OH was in Glasgow and I was still living at home. Never got fed up of it. In fact it's been too long since I was along that way.

My SIL bought a new house and owner left fridge freezer behind

Its not SILs preferred design but she's keeping it til she can afford a new one

I would have loved to have a :beer: as well If I had more time. Sadly it's just a quick stopover on the way up there.
