If you do don't get too excited when you see the sour jelly bean, or Cadbury thank-yous or Cadbury caramels.....

....they all scan at full price. :(

And they seem to have stopped restocking the crackers

Indeed  at the A9, hate, hate, hate that road! Heading down it in a couple of weeks, can't say I'm relishing the thought, especially as everytime I take the wrong road and end up taking the scenic route in instead of the motorway! :rotfl:

Just out of interest, what way will you come for going to Skye? Will you go on the A9? Or up the west coast on the A82 and across that way?

Yes up the west coast and on to the A82. We are stopping for a night in Paisley. My OH has a very good friend that he was in Headly Court (the defence rehab centre) with for a while. He doesn't travel much either so they haven't seen each other in ages. I would go on the A82 regardless anyway just to drive the length of Loch Lomond :D

After my trouting yesterday I am very jealous of all the meal deals bought today:(

Still in talks on fb messaging with mr t regarding this.
Apparently my store is to be retrained on the coupon policy and till to be programmed to accept the vouchers.

So come monday guess where I will be shopping along with my tesco statement of coupon policy!:)
Need to get enough to fill up freezer for dads inpending arrival.

In other news went out to buy a karcher pressure washer today.
Same item homebase called compact lite and b and q called compact (in store this is not online where different products apply) b and q insisted was different item and would not price match and give extra 10% so back to homebase to confirm item and take photos.
Then lovely lady in homebase had it put to her that she might as well have the sale by giving extra 10% off. Perfect for me as then got the nectar points and paid with love to shop card (which I had from tcb before they started offering clubcard points).
Could not find decently price hosepipe and wallmounted holder so having to buy online. Also pricing up the 'window and conservatory cleaning system' by karcher.
Cheapest found so far is £56 but really hoping can find a way to get for under £50. T direct sell this for £69.99 free to click and collect. Are there any good direct codes around as would like points if possible?

Thank you all for responding to our 'Emergency Elite measures set up for forum downtime next weekend.
It is for one weekend only ( plus 3 hours shutdown in week)

To be honest I thought few would bother so thanks guys for all the 'likes'.
Remember this thread is all the social contact some of us have and my page is set up with this in mind.

Yeah I know. It's the same in my local. :(

You booting tomorrow? I'm not, Wife says I have to go out and get a chest freezer if I buy anymore of the meal deals. :rotfl:
    And a wine rack,

Thank you, Aau and someone else who commented. We were proper disappointed.

The woman's face when we told here why we weren't staying was priceless. She just stood there open mouthed, like she'd cooked it herself and we were criticising her cooking!

I'm not allowed to buy anything this week. After the debacle that was the Toby, we went to asda and it was whoopsie time. I have a few packs of fruit/granola/yogurt for brekkie tomorrow now. Well, they were only 7p

Apparently I need help. Yes I do. I need another freezer :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
