    So my little car crash with no injuries wasn't quite so little and not quite nin injury!!! After 2 hours at work my supervisor drove me too the local hospital for check up as the monster headache wouldn't quit and my right arm elbow and shoulder where killing me. After only a 40 minute wait hey have diagnosed a concussion, whiplash and wrenched elbow and shoulder!!:(

    They have given me some lovely painkillers for tonight and sent me home with instructions to see GP tomorrow to get it logged for insurance purposes and told me to return to a&e if it doesn't get better in 48 hrs.

    I feel really sorry for the young girl who hit me as although it was her fault for a moments in attention she is probably going to feel it on her insurance for years. The garage my car has gone to are already saying it is a potential write of as they think there is damage to the suspension and chassis and the frame around the door as well as a needing a new wing and at least 1 new door and panel work to the other door. And this was a relatively low speed impact!!:eek::eek:

    OMG :eek::eek: take care.

    Evening guys. Finding it hard to keep up with you lot of gasbags :p as still clearing the bedroom ready for new flooring to be fitted on Friday morning. My new blinds were supposed to be fitted this afternoon but guy rang to say he had the vertical ones for lounge but the roman blind for the bedroom had been delayed, so guy is now coming on Friday morning to fit them

    The pain in my knees has been severely disturbing my sleep and I have had to rest today, so I have a busy day ahead of me tomorrow. Got to empty all my wardrobes, dressing table and get filing cabinet, tv, etc out into the sitting room :eek:

    Take it easy, knees are terrible when they start playing up, I have arthritis in mine, don't overdo things, have you anybody that could move the items for you.
    Good morning - a little earlier than usual for me. Please can I ask for some positive Elite vibes - got to see a consultant this morning.:(

    Sending positive vibes to you.

    Logie, also good luck at hospital today.

    ideas please. do you think this is tinned or biscuit food?
    http://www.approvedfood.co.uk/?pid=57445

    my thoughts, at 400grams, thats a tin size, but the rrp is £1.99 that is a biscuitprice.

    ignore that,they have put a pic up now. its biscuits

    Jagbeth, when I had a car accident a few years ago and hurt my shoulder and had whiplash I visited the osteopath three times and claimed it back on OP's insurance.
    I got prior approval from the insurers and had to get the Osteopath to write a letter but I'm sure it helped a lot and meant I recovered quicker and suffered no lasting effects. HTH :)
