Not starting work till 10 but been up since 6.30 working by doing ironing just having my brekkie now and then off to t's before work

Good morning everyone, sun is shining again today, got sports morning at my DS2 school this morning, so no shopping for me today.

The pain in my knees has been severely disturbing my sleep and I have had to rest today, so I have a busy day ahead of me tomorrow. Got to empty all my wardrobes, dressing table and get filing cabinet, tv, etc out into the sitting room :eek:

Take it easy, knees are terrible when they start playing up, I have arthritis in mine, don't overdo things, have you anybody that could move the items for you.

Jagbeth, when I had a car accident a few years ago and hurt my shoulder and had whiplash I visited the osteopath three times and claimed it back on OP's insurance.
I got prior approval from the insurers and had to get the Osteopath to write a letter but I'm sure it helped a lot and meant I recovered quicker and suffered no lasting effects. HTH
