    Neilmed sinus rinse is one that we use in work. Most saline sinus rinses are available on the shelf :)

    If anyone has a Sainsb's till spit for 7p off fuel WYS £15 on cleaning etc, some of the dishwasher tabs are good, especially Finish & Fairy ;)

    The app is called mysuperlust and is only available for apple devices. Find it in the App Store
    No idea about the JF, sorry. I haven't done this. I have the only hair that JF makes frizzier:D:rotfl::rotfl:
