Thanks my lovely young lady friend. I will try the honey. Anti histamine does not work. I am having to walk around with an Olbas sniffer and a tub of Vick. Boooo!

They won't help very much. Use them for more than 5 days and it will lead to something with a medical name that will take me too long to type, but will knacker the lining of your nose :eek:

See if you can get yourself a saline nasal rinse. It's not pleasant but it will help. I have access to loads so can always pop one in the post for you

5:2's anyone just watched the programe on 5? Bloke did a fast just doing veg and fruit juices for 60 days lost 90lb think it was, 2nd bloke lost over 120lb and still loosing he was a big man over 400lb but wow looks different man

Pirinase worked for both my wife and eldest took nearly a week before it stopped it. They had tried various other remedies but nothing had any effect
