I had a friend whos little one was diagnosed with leukaemia at 2 or 3 years old
She got through her treatment and has been in remission ever since (was years ago now)
They can do so much nowadays, it's such a terrible thing to happen at such a young agethinking of your friends family and wishing a speedy recovery
Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000

This really infuriates me :mad: I would just put them on the next ferry back where they came from. They will give them free NHS treatment, allow them to live at taxpayer's expense for several years while they appeal their deportation, by the time they get around to it they will have developed "family lives" so it will be against their human rights to be sent home. Should be called human wrongs.
Remember seeing something on the BBC a little while ago (had to be the BBC, it was so one-sided), they were interviewing illegal immigrants about the conditions they lived in and the work they were "forced" to do. Remember one of them saying they can't understand why they couldn't just live a normal life like everyone else, they had done nothing wrong. The term "illegal immigrant" should give them some clue. We already have too many people in this country, hence the NHS problems and the water shortages, among other things.

So sorry to hear this. I believe recovery rate is better in younger children than it has ever been, and hopefully he will not remember what he has to go through when he is olderHope things turn out well.
