He said they had quite a lot of them. My guess is that the nearby greengrocer wanted rid of them and the enterprising shop manager saw a way to make a few pennies. Very MSE methinks.

Ahhhh I see. A charity shop with whoopsies :D
That's actually not a bad idea....

Worst case I usually just file it off with an emery board but I have dry hard skin on my hands.

What makes me laugh is the 'bigging up' that they do in the introduction - says the initial 16 contestants are the best of Britains business brains. All I can say is God help the rest of us - no wonder British economy is on its knees.

A while back I ordered some plants from Thompson & Morgan but they never arrived. I then emailed them and still no reply after 3 weeks  so tried their FB page ;) Had a reply within a few hours :D
Anyway, they reckon the plants were sent out months ago and don't have any left now. So they've recredited the voucher I used and refunded the difference :)

Today I got an email saying they have free delivery until midnight. As the new voucher is a gift voucher I can stack it :T So ordered 72 winter pansy plugs for £2.99 delivered :D
