Hi

I'm sure this has been covered, but the volume of information is overwhelming!

I had a few accounts I want to check, but they are all now closed. One of them eas and Egg credit card and loan. If I don't have the documentation, do I need to apply for it, or can I just fill in and send them questionnaire?

If you know you had PPI and you think it was missold then you just complain to them giving your reasons.

I'm not sure I did have PPI, but since the account is closed, will I be able to get the information? It was closed in 2007.

You do need the account numbers though.
Send them a SAR and £10 - see the template on the front page.
