seems he has found a way to produce a self serving spiral.
He floods market ...Rents drop by say 15- 20%.... buy to let'ers panic ...He gets to buy lots more cheap...
..As long as he holds his nerve ....and about a million other variables work in his favour..After ten years he owns half the rental property in the uk..
The first thing that I can see that will slow his assault on the property market is the Developers ...It's what the do..give them more money ,and sure as eggs is eggs they will find some way to justify building more of the same.0 -
