Tool insurance

Does anyone know where or who i can get tool insurance from, tried searching on google but everything that comes up has it as part of liability insurance, but i dont need liability as i am employed.
Just need to insure my tools against theft as my employers van insurance does not cover tools, and if they get stolen to replace them could run into thousands!

Have you tried Tools Insurance Direct - part of A Plan - on 0870 161 6655 ? Looks as if they have a scheme for insuring tools only.

There are a few companys about that do it.
I looked into it not long ago, using the above company. Worked out about £150 for £2500 of cover.

Have you looked into a van vault?
Maybe you could go halves of something?

Maybe then, if you phoned the insurance people and tell them you keep the tools in a van vault it may be a lot cheaper.
