car value

if u get a car through motability when the 3 year term is up u usually get the chance to buy the vehicle is the price usually above or below the forecourt prices
any help would be appreciated

    thanks for that hapless but is the a % below forecourt prices or is it just up to the garage or motability people as we are thinking of getting a renault scenic 1.5 diesel, at the moment a 04 plate scenic is fetching around £7500.00

    Well when you hand it back the car will be given a check over and MOT'd etc. the actual value will depend on and scratches, marks, bumps, mileage interior condition etc.
    it is hard to say as when they are returned, some of them are sold by the dealers and some go to auction.

    After the three years is up, the car gets inspected/mot'd, and is offered to the hirer first, at a % lower than the forecourt price.
