Santander CC Debt turned to IVA, Will Santander Current Bank accounts FREEZE ?
If there is debt on a Santander Credit card, which will be turned into the IVA,
and the person has santander current 'bank accounts', then once the santander credit card debt it turned to the IVA, will the santander current accounts be frozen?
(they have 0 balance in, No overdraft).
or they wil leave them alone?
(as santander Credit card, is the same company as santander current bank accounts)

Who knows? it's not wise to keep a current account with a creditor who has gone into the IVA as they may offset some of your income to pay towards the debt even though the debt has gone into the IVAAug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00

The bank will not care if there is a nil balance or not, they will use their right of off set even if it takes the account into overdraft, that overdraft will then go into the IVA0

so they wont be able to get money from it, as it has £0 balance.
I am just saying as a Santander Credit card is linked to the santander bank account, so would the CC contact the bank account company, and 'freeze' the santander current account ,which has and wil always have £0 balance in ?0 -
they could still overdraw the account with a zero balance to offset against a credit card debt leaving you with another debt.Aug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00
