I see a lot of bad publicity for Arnold Clark, I have had mainly good experience with them (maybe i'm just lucky) and the bad have been minor, probably worst has been in a Vauxhall AC and the salesman basically not listening to me, so much so, I walked out, the other one which i was not sure how to take, was the salesman who had just sold me a new megane phoned my Mrs and asked her to go for a coffee with him !0
