Can anyone help by advising if its worth asking Blackhorse about PPI? I have my car finance agreement and it states PPI was included but 3 years ago they declined to take my claim forward. I have a copy of my agreement and its got "Not Valid" written on the top (not done by me) - should I take this forward again?

The reason why they declined would be important. Did they accept liability or pass it to the car dealer? Or did they reject it for other reasons?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
