Hi all MSE savers, can anyone tell me from what date do the banks/building societies pay PPI? Or point me in the direction of the correct thread. Is it the date of the first claim letter, or when the claim is upheld. We have had to go through the Financial Ombudsman, because Nationwide didn't play ball! Any help would be appreciated.
