Hubby has served 22yrs and also nearly done an extra 2yrs (think it's called versatile engagement), was due to start his resettlement and has now been asked to do continuance for a further 2yrs.
Usually you have to give 12 months notice to leave. My question is... if during hubbys continuance he is offered a job on civvy street does he have to turn it down until he hands his 12 month notice in or can he give say 1 month notice?
