It could be an image of your grandma serving up freshly cooked haggis in Edinburgh; maybe a snap of your family Irish dancing in Belfast or your two-year-old building a sandcastle on Fistral beach in Cornwall… Whatever image you choose to share, it must be something that's original, positive and a good representation of the region you've chosen – they'll be judged on content, style and quality.

Special terms and conditions:
1) There is one prize of a four-night self-catering break for up to two adults and two children (aged 16 or under) staying at a Natural Retreats residence at Trewhiddle, Cornwall.
2) The prize includes free bike hire including cycle helmets (four bicycles and helmets) for the duration of the stay, a hamper of local produce on arrival, a private chef for one evening to prepare and serve a Cornish meal, and a Roskilly hamper from Roskilly’s farm
3) Roskilly’s hamper to be received by the winner during a visit to Roskilly’s farm on a mutually agreed date during the duration of the stay in Cornwall.

5) The prize must be taken by 30 March 2014, and is subject to availability.
6) Travel, meals other than stated, beverages, spending money, any additional activities for which a fee is payable and any expenses related to the booking of tickets, trips, activities, equipment hire or dinner made by the Natural Retreats Concierge are not included.
