• The draw will be independently witnessed and the first name drawn at random after the closing date will receive the prize as detailed above.
• No alternative prize will be offered and there is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• The draw is not open to employees of The Eden Project, Tresco, Wild Card, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.
• All entries must be received by midnight on 31 July 2013. Entry is via the online form only.
• The winner will be notified by email or phone after the closing date.
• By entering this competition you are giving the Eden Project and Tresco permission to contact you at a future date. Prize draw open to all UK residents. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
• Prize includes 7 nights accommodation for four people in a Sea Garden Cottage on self catering basis.
• Prize includes 4 return Skybus flights from Land’s End Airport and onward boat transfer to Tresco island. All Skybus tickets come under the standard terms and conditions as stated on www.ios-travel.co.uk
• Travel to and from the airport is not included. Any extra charges incurred during the stay will need to be paid for.
• If, due to circumstances beyond their control, Tresco is unable to provide the stated prize, they reserve the right .to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value
