    My mum makes a little lemon mousse that she puts in shot glasses, with little bits of digestive biscuit crumbs on the top and it's lush :) really nice summer pudding and it's quite quick to make too

    I'd do some sort of granita/sorbet, easy to tip up and into the mouth without needing a spoon...

    Coffee with Tia Maria
    Orange and Cointreau
    Lemon and Limoncello
    Pimms and smooshed fruit, mint and cucumber

    doesn't have to have alcohol, the OH's favourite is pink grapefruit.
