Hi
I have a le32r88 samsung tv with built in freeview.
I have been able to view all the channels until Tuesday when the bbc channels disappeared (Multiplex 1) I am on the blackhill transmitter, which hasnt shown any problems or work due.
On Monday i had moved the tv and wall mounted it, including putting the wires in the chimney breast. But it was fine on monday night.
I have checked the signal strength and it was showing a bit rate error of 10 (the Maximum) on all the missing channels.
I have tried a rescan but this hasnt made any difference.
Any idea's whats happened and how i could fix it would be appreciated.

Usually it's the "fly lead" between the aerial socket on the wall and the aerial input on the equipment. It amazes me that people will spend hundreds of pounds on a TV then begrudge spending more than 50p on a fly lead.
I make my own from fully-shielded cable.0 -
There are reports of Samsung owners having problems with the in built Freeview on their sets at AVForums.
May be worth having a look.0 -
Thanks for the replies.
The aerial cable is shielded, i made it myself, and it was working fine before the move, despite being next to all the same wires.
Ill check out the av forums for more details0
