Hey say it was non advised and if I'm honest I can't remember we thought it was in branch but it may have been on the phone?
The letter states nationwide were not obliged to inform you that you could find similar policies elsewhere and at what cost. As a matter of confirmation nationwide would only have informed you of the products and services nationwide provided.

That is correct. It is a myth put about by claims companies. There has never been any requirement for a company to tell that another company may have a better price.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
