***Increased protection if you sell to buyers in Russia and Brazil***So who's going to sell to either of these countries?
I'm currently blocking Russia due to custom delays

Hello,
From today, if one of your Russian or Brazilian buyers opens an eBay Buyer Protection case and leaves low or neutral Feedback and/or low detailed seller ratings for dispatch time, we’ll remove all Feedback for the transaction if you resolved the issue promptly with the buyer.
This is an extra incentive if you’re considering selling to buyers in Russia and Brazil, providing you with greater protection from any potential issues due to customs delays. And the opportunity is huge to increase your business in these two emerging markets. Russian shoppers bought more than $400 million in goods from eBay sellers in 2012 and Brazil is one of the fastest growing ecommerce markets worldwide.
We’ve already made it easier for Russian and Brazilian buyers by making sure they see only items that can be posted to their countries. We also offer translation into Russian and currency conversion into rubles for Russian buyers.
To sell to these new markets, make sure Russia and Brazil are included as countries you’ll post to in the Postage details section of your listings and they’ll automatically be displayed to buyers in these countries.

I would post to Brazil but can't recall having received any orders from Brazil.
I blocked Russia a while back and it is staying blocked from now!
Just had a buyer from Moldova open a case for INR - item was posted end of May so I refunded immediately - another one for the block list?0 -
I sell to those both with no problems. The UK is the place to block, more troublesome buyers there than anywhere else

I've blocked Brazil, as although I sold very few items there, I ran at about a 50% loss rate. Not worth the hassle, as once a case is opened, you pretty much have to refund anyway, so removal of feedback is scant consolation.0

I've sold to Brazil with no problems and still have them on my approved list. Russia has been blocked since RM put up their announcement about several months delays in some cases.
