The owner of my local pet shop had one not long back - but not to sell, he rescued it.
He recommends that they are kept in pairs or its cruel
He reckons they're roughly £1000-£1500 each!

For those with ordinary cats in the garden, apparently Olbas Oil sprinkled on tea bags placed in the wee spots is a deterrant ! This remedy has no effect on meer-cats, but works for ginger toms from next door..................
....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)0 -
Hi Errata,
I have just gone out and done this right now. I have only one raised bed in my garden which was very successful last year for my carrots. Earlier in the year my neighbour's fence blew down and her garden (and mine!) became accessible to the local moggies. Now the fence is repaired but the moggies keep coming. I can't plant my seeds in it as they'd be trashed within 24 hrs. I have tried sharp sticks and orange peel without success. I'll let you know if the olbas oil worked.Sealed Pot Challenge #8 £341.90
