Hello,
I purchased some electrical goods online using a visa debit card from
Natwest
The goods have not arrived.
I called the company Monday and was told someone would check and call me back in ten mins - no call
I have emailed the company and the director - no reply
Called again today - no reply.
I would like a refund or my goods. I don't mind if I wait for a restock as long as I know what's happening.
I've read something about section 75 reclaim for cards can anyone please advise how I do this or if it would apply.
The amount is 284 and it was for power tools.

Section 75 only applies to credit cards, so its unlikely you will be able to use that.
instead you will need to rely on charge back, but it might be worth waiting to see what happens, when was it that you ordered it ?0 -
