How to get Credit Files whilst living abroad?

Hi,

I did the whole BR thing a couple of years ago, and have been living in Germany for the past year.

I want to check my credit files now, however neither of the main credit agencies accept a foreign address on sign-up, and if I use my old address - it gets rejected at the payment section as my cards (for my Nationwide and Co-op current accounts) are both registered to my German address.

I don't have a cheque book.

Any ideas how I can actually sign up and get my credit files?
