delivery company not picking up

I bought a toy online from well known company, it was delivered by courier but a small part was missing.
Contacted the seller who said they would send a replacement and the courier would pick up the original item.
Courier delivered replacement item to next-door neighbour, left a calling card with details of how to arrange collection of faulty item. I now have two toys-one with a part missing.
I arranged for collection to take place last week but no-one came so re-arranged for yesterday, still no result. I waited in all day on both days. The item is too big to post. What shall I do now

Just let the seller know that the courier has failed to collect the faulty item. It is the seller's responsibility to sort it out.
If you cannot guarantee to be in tell them they can only collect it at times convenient to you.604!0
