Ferrysavers

In the process of making a booking I entered our intended date of travel 25th July and proceeded thro the booking process to completion. This states that there is no right to a refund. I entered my payment details and 'confirm' - then I noticed at the bottom of the page the travel date has somehow changed to a week earlier. I closed the page in a hurry, but found that I had received a confirmation email for the transaction.

I rang FS and they said that as the transaction had just - that very minute - gone through they offered to change the booking details - from £55 to £129! I looked online and found that there online price quoted was £86!!

They said that I should accept their offer to cancel at the cost of £25 and rebook it myself. I did, finding using a club to rebook at £82.

I'm sure that I didn't mistype my details! Not to say that I don't ever make a mistake, but as a touch typist there is a lot of difference between 18 and 25.

Should I let it lie or pursue it?

Thanks
