Should I keep my car?

The 1.6 115 is a peach, when I was looking at Focuses a while back I didn't see the point of the 1.8 as it didn't feel any quicker but didn't rev as well.Focus wise - try and find a 1.8 tdci instead, similar fuel economy but none if the turbo issues of the 1.6. Apart from that a good car (I have the 1.6 petrol 115).0 -

So you would say the 1.6 115 would be a better choice over the 1.8 tdci?LBM: Dec 2012 - Debt £38,180/ Now £0.

I meant the 1.8 petrol. So you would say the 1.6 115 would be a better choice over the 1.8 tdci?
With doing 24,000 miles a year as you are, I wouldn't consider a petrol. Fuel prices bob up and down weekly but only go one way in the end.
What's your budget for a car and how many doors/seats boot space do you need?0 -

Well I would like to spend around the same as what I would sell my Merc for so around £3,000 I think. As it will only be in the car most of the time doors/seats don't really matter (although having some would be nice!) I do need some boot space for my ppe and a few tools though.LBM: Dec 2012 - Debt £38,180/ Now £0.
