    not sure what you mean. are you saying that there's the option to have a parcel signed instead of standard has no extra cost?

    No, that's what you appear to be saying in your previous post!

    My answer was to the user who said that is my responsibility to make the parcel arrives at its destination.

    What I was saying is that, in order for me to make sure this happens I'll have to choose options such as signed or tracked, which are more expensive than the standard delivery.
    I concluded asking why would I choose a delivery that costs me half (or more) the price of what the content of the parcel worth's.

    Go back to ThumbRemote's post - a very good point is made there. Getting the item back to the seller was the SELLER's responsibility since this was a SOGA claim, not a change of mind claim.
