IVA paid off a year ago, Grant Thornton won't close it

Grant Thornton are a sad case. I made my last payment in Dec 2013. Similarly I was told it will take 6 months for closure to complete. I cooperated with all the ppi claims to the letter. After 6 months all i have had is one excuse after another. Now 9 months later my case is still as open as it was 7 years ago when it was opened. I am a total loss.0

Write and complain about bad service and delays. Make sure you start off by saying "I wish to complain about" or similar.
Like any other regulated firm, Grant Thorton will find dealing with formal complaint a complete pain. And it may get your case speded up!0
