Coffee bean slimming charges Help!

I sent off for the coffee bean slimming aid, automatically you are signed up for a monthly charge on your debit card. This is $9.46 per month for trimming aid. I was not aware of this and you have to telephone this number 877 687 9282 This tel no is unobtainable and in Kaula Lumpa. I cannot stop the payments and the bank is not helping.
Any advice please

You do have the right to cancel. If the bank fail to act on your instructions, you can reclaim the payment.

Cancel the card and get a new one. You may not be able to get the payments you have already made back but thi swill stop any future ones.

The OP uses $ rather than £ in his/her post.
This may just be a mistake but if he's in USA, he/she needs to seek consumer advice there.

Uk or USA perhaps closing the account would be better option if bank have already been asked.
