Goldfish Credit Card issued in 1998?

Hello, I have now established that where I issued by Gold Fish Credit Card back in 1998 it was from HFC Bank. What I would like to know as I cannot remember how I issued it in 1998, was it a generally a postal application, on line or would you had to go into the bank. I am trying to fill out my PPI claim and cannot remember how these cards were generally issued. Daft question but do any of you know?

If you can't remember, simply put that you can't remember how the account was sold to you.

It's the same with the rest of the complaint form, anything you don't know just be honest and say so.
    Competition wins:
    2010 - approx £450. 2011 - approx £800. 2012 - approx £300. 2013 - nothing so far!

True, but wanted to know how were these old cards were issued to people. I already requested a SAR and enclosed a £10 fee for that, I think it best to wait until that request has been done before filling out these complaint forms.

The uphold rate for Capital One is small, because they sold by post [mostly]. Are you sure it isn't CT Capital?

Hello my husband & I are trying to get our interest & ppi back from First Plus, we paid them off over 7 years ago (bunch of highway robbers!) but we have be told it is now going though Capital One??? confused? this has been going on since January (we are using a ppi claim firm) has anyone actually been successful reclaiming ppi back from Capital One even if it was though a broker? Capital One nearly ruined us & I would be so happy if we won a claim against them!

This a win, see what Cap One come back with, shame you used a claims co, this is the easiest win, all you had to do was send a letter of complaint.
