Gas Compensation

Hi all,

I was wondering if someone could help myself and my neighbours. Since last Thursday we have had our gas supply connection cut off owing to work which British Gas said they had to do. Each property was supplied with a small fan heater and a hot plate and told the work would be finished within two days. We've finally been reconnected today, the end of half-term. As is often the case, a little birdie told another that we could be eligible for compensation for each day that we were cut off. I have been assigned to find out if this is so. I have not been able to find anything on British Gas's website and can't get anything from their customer services people so am turning to you all. Please help!!

Thanks in advance,

adnin
