He please can anyone advise me
My son recently visited a local pub and stayed for 59minutes
He has just received a parking charge notice for failing to register his car reg no inside the pub.
He had not seen the signs in the car park or the machine in the bar for registering.
Should we contact the car park operator or simply ignore the letters, I have seen many forums advising both courses.

You have only seen both courses of action because you've presumably Googled the issue and wasted time reading some OLD threads which used to say 'ignore it'.

And try quickly COMPLAINING in the pub that no-one pointed out the car reg number thing and does the Pub Manager have any ability to cancel these? If nothing else it will alert the pub to the issue.



*IMPORTANT - Was the fake PCN received more than 14 days after the incident? Please advise!
