in Credit cards
Hi all
My sister an I often go on holiday together and seem to spend our lives figuring out who owes who what when we get back for
Booking the various things. We've thought about getting a credit card to use for it but don't want to be financially linked. If one of us applies for a credit card and the other one is a second card holder rather than getting a joint credit card will out financial affairs/ credit info stay separate? And is this possible?
Any help gratefully received.
Thank you
Rachael

Yes it should work but you may still have the problem of deciding on who spent what depending on the narrative on the card statement.
Why not have separate cards?0 -
There is some (or few?) exception, but generally such thing as a joint credit card doesn't exist. It's the main cardholder (responsible for everything) and extra cardholders, and this doesn't create a financial link.0

Thanks both. It's just for stuff like flights, Hotel ticket costs where we'd just just split it down the middle so no need for separate cards
Thanks for your help
