overtime
Hi,
i have been paid overtime for june and i will be paid overtime again in july. I have notified my supervisor of this. The overtime will only last until the end of july at the latest, so i am wondering if it seems reasonable to suggest that we wait until the overtime has finished before increasing my monthly payments slightly? i will owe around 200£ from doing this overtime and i have already suggested an increase in my monthly payments of around £10 a month, which i have been told should be ok. Since i have 36 months left might the increase be even less? 200 spread over 36 months would be around £5.55, would it work like that?
thanks for any advice

If your IVA is governed by the IVA protocol you have to pay it across within 14days or you will be in breach of your IVA0

you won't have to increase your monthly payments anyway just because you have had a few months of overtime, if your IVA is protocol compliant you should be able to keep a further 10% above your net income and split the remaining amount above that 50/50 (so a further 50% of that goes into the IVA) your monthly payments will remain the same, they are based on your normal basic net income, overtime by its very nature is ad hoc and should not be relied upon to use in calculations for your IVA paymentsAug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00
