Hi all
I just wondered if anyone new the answer to this:
My unpaid account was sold to a DCA. The account had PPI attached to it when it was taken out. Question is: Can I still claim against the original loan provider for the PPI?

Possibly but you may find that if your complaint is successful that any redress maybe setoff against any outstanding debt.0
