Returns Issue with Scan Computers - replacement product not same brand?

Another Update - Razer emailed again last night to say that I can have a replacement, all I need to do is send them a picture of the keyboard with the cable cut off.
I've just replied again to say that they already have it so I can't send them said photo. Lets see what happens.

Now Razer are saying I have to get the keyboard back from scan, or no replacement. Scan say they deal with a UK reseller, not Razer themselves and that's where my kB went. I've asked scan if they can get it back or failing that the name of the reseller and a returns reference.
It was looking so hopeful for a while there......0 -
Update: I have been in solid contact with Razer weekly since. Now the issue is that the "Razer UK Sales Manager" is not responding to emails that Razer US is sending him. Nothing can be done until he responds. He has been asked to respond at least three times by Razer themselves. I have asked for his contact details but I doubt they will give them out.
Nothing is happening quickly.0
