parking eye infestation.

After years of no ppc in the carpark, parking eye have infested our locol range warhouse in wigan, and installed a nice shiney silver pole with anpr cameras on it, 2hrs free parking, fair enough, but £100 charge for the usual contraventions, plus no return within 2 hrs, i have often had to return back within 2 hrs for extras and returns, looks like trouble ahead!
PPCs say its carpark management, BPA say its raising standards..... we all know its just about raking in the revenue.
