Second Hand Car Warranty

I'm looking at a second hand car that comes with a 3 month warranty supplied by 'world of warranty' does anyone have any information on this company. Please only reply if you have genuine information on this company I understand there are many 'bad' companies out there I would like to know about this one in particular before I part with my cash, thanks in advance :-)

If its from a dealer thats who you contact to repair it.

Use the warranty paperwork for hamster bedding. Little other use.

If its an old car for little money then buy wisely.

Any used car (bought from a trader) warranty is merely an addition to your statutory rights under the SOGA which in effect potentially provides you with consumer protection for 6 months anyway.

Defects within that time are assumed to be present at the point of sale and the onus is on the seller to prove otherwise.

Wear and tear is obviously not normally covered under the SOGA (unless such 'faults' occur shortly after purchase), and are normally excluded under warranty anyway.
