Walls and Floors - tiling company - any good?

Good evening folks

Does anyone have any idea if this company are any good? I've only found a few reviews and they are pretty bad although the reviews on their website all seem to be amazing!

Their T&C's seems to not want to take any responsibility if anything goes wrong with the delivery or if anything is faulty.

I can't find any tiles I like locally and this company looks like it has a good range but I'm not feeling too confident about placing a full order.

Any help would be great.
Thanks! :)

This company have been around for a long time & I believe they are well regarded. I've never actually bought tiles from them but have had samples from them not so long ago before buying direct from Johnson's tiles, who had the exact colour I was looking for.

Regarding T&C's, lots of tile companies won't accept liability for breakages etc. & advise you to add at least 10% just in case. And there are usually terms about access too & what a drivers limitations are, so this company are not alone there.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

I've used them, found the choice and pricing really competitive, however there were issues with the delivery.
1st delivery - part of the order missing
Lots of calls needed to arrange the missing parts to be delivered the following day
    2nd delivery - part damaged
Lots of calls needed to arrange replacement for the broken bits to be delivered the following day.

Though even though it wasn't the most straight forward purchase I have still recommended them to friends and will use them again myself - but strongly recommend allowing plenty of time in case the order is missing bits or has broken bits.

Thank you both for your comments and advice.

I've gone ahead and placed an order and ordered more than enough just incase!

Really good prices compared to the same tiles in H0meb@se :)
