Anyone used MMA for car insurance?

I have been shopping round for car insurance and the cheapest quote by quite a lot is from MMA. I have never heard of them before and after having had a bad experiance of being messed around when making a claim by Provident I am anxious not to repeat the experience again. Has anyone used MMA and had to make a claim? how did they find them to deal with?

Hi there ... yes I had a Motor Traders Policy with them... my commercial vehicle was stolen .. last September.. I still have not had this claim settled!!
They refused to pay out .. because I did not have a proof of ownership ( a sales invoice)!
They are now not paying out .. because there was a spare key hidden away in a small welded box on the underside of the chassis.
The communication has been abismal...I have had to drive this all the way.
they have not even contacted the police for there report .. just ticked the boxes in there own forms and thrown it out.
I rue the day I went with them .. I am out of pocket about £8000!! but still fighting for it .. my policy was £1100 a year paid up front!!
DO NOT DO IT .
