Royal Mail redirection

Hi unsure if this is the right place for this type of post (no pun intended) but couldn't see a place more suited sorry.

My Mam sold her house in Wales and moved down to search for a home near me in Sussex, she used RM service to redirect her post to my house. But now she has decided to move back to Wales as she can't find a property suitable for her here. She is now living temporary again at her sisters and I am receiving post for her still. I asked her today what she wanted me to do about it and she asked me to sending it on to her at her sisters.

Now usualy I would be happy to do this for example if it was originaly addressed to her here (just as one might if an ex occupant were to receive a letter I would return to sender) but now I feel it's a bit awkward and I might get into trouble for it or her post might get lost or not delivered at all.

How many times can one item be redilivered / redirected?

Can my Mum ask Royal Mail to change the redirection address to her sisters?

What do I do now? I'm happy to post the items to her together in a larger envelope once or twice but not all the time as this ccosts me more money and hassle.

I could filter out the rubbish (as I am still being bombarded by letters and phone calls for my Mam from the local estate agents, despite asking my Mam to tell them she is no longer interested), but this will be a phone call to my Mum to open each letter to see what is enclosed before posting it to her!

I don't know what the details are to speak to Royal Mail on her behalf.

Thanks for the help in advance.

:)

Thank you for the solutions, sorry I hadn't thought of going to the RM website myself earlier, a lot simpler than I anticipated. Although im not registered with them online so I can't view the links above just the main site so if someone could give me an idea of how much it will cost to re-direct the mail again please (last done by her about 2 months ago) please as it will possibly be me who gets lumbard with the redirection fees so maybe I will just save all my Mams post up and send it once a month with her prescription from the Dr :o

I'm not registered either but I can see both links.

    Prices for re-direction are:

Within the UK per last name
    0 - 3 months £21
    3 - 6 months £33
    6 - 12 months £50

OP - the prices etc are all there on the RM site... no need to register.

I found that information in under a minute... you need to give Google a try sometime.

Anyway, the RM will not take instructions from you for your mother' post; she will need to do it herself... and, no, I don't have a link for that.
