Deposit Protection Scheme Document - not signed

Dear Forum;

I have lived in a property for five years and will be moving out soon. I have the Deposit Protecton Scheme Document, but it is unsigned by both I and the Landlord. Being 5 years ago, I am unsure if I signed another copy, or if the landlord did. I have requested to see the signed copy.

Will this cause us problem in the return of the deposit, if no signed copy can be found?

No signature needed.

As long as the deposit is registered.

Check yourself with the 3 schemes (there are 5 now, but only 3 five years ago).
