Where's my Frock!??

I recently bought a nice Disigual dress (for my wife) from a shop called Edaq in Spain, online. I used debit card (Ok - a mistake) and nothing has arrived, the shop only has an email address and contact form, but no matter how many times I chase them, I never get a reply. The money has been taken from my account. Anyone know what I should do next to get my money back (or better still, the goods)?? Help

Thanks for the responses so far - yes - that was the edaq - paid on 4th June - metoyoubear - how did you get those numbers!? Not yet contacted bank - I used debit card so not sure I have protection - but I will contact them after I have phoned the retailer.0

Forgot to mention - I went to edaq because I could buy cool Disigual stuff at euro prices - i.e. the frock that was £129 in UK was 99Euro in european branches - so a bit of an exchange rate scam if you ask me - but edaq sell in euro prices with not huge postage. Would be nice if the stuff arrived though!0

Yes, you do have protection.
How long has it been since they charged your card?
You may have to wait until 15 days have passed.
Contact your bank and tell them you want a chargeback because of non-delivery.
