I've just booked my first £9.50 holiday and was just wondering how do I now upgrade my caravan. Do I have to contact the holiday park direct?

when you receive the park confirmation in the post ( or by email ) you will have the option of adding an upgrade when you pay the balance

They have assured me over the phone that my booking is definitely confirmed but I'd much rather have it in writing!

Sorry to repeat myself, but can anyone please tell me the email address that their holiday confirmation came from so I can add it to my contacts so that hopefully mine will finally come through.

I've had a problem with a Sun booking before and really would like to receive the confirmation in writing rather than just being told over the phone that it's confirmed (I have the payment confirmation so it's definitely being sent to the correct email address).

Hi. Sorry i cant help you as didn't book anything this time. Yes if i were you i would want it in writing too! Was it you who had problems with the ferry booking in the jan round of hols, or maybe i'm confusing you with someone else, but there were a few people who were having problems with non confirmation of hols/ferries.
I hope you get it sorted soon.

I got two confirmations, one of payment and one of booking

Ok so phoned the sun up and they gave me my reference code :j but after putting the codes in it says:

Invalid number of valid tokens passed?????

The words I have are:
Leaf, sear, hype, vale, chin, jets, yell, ball, zany, wren or km59

Help please x
